Shipping policy

Our standard shipping should take around 2-5 working days, and our express delivery should take 1-2 working days. Please do allow for delays. Once the parcel is with the shipping carrier the rules of that shipping carrier apply. Please do contact us if your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, and we will investigate. If the parcel is shipping overseas please allow 24 working days to receive your parcel before contacting us.

Please be aware we always ship things as quickly as possible, but personalised items can take up to 4-5 weeks to be dispatched. We try our hardest to dispatch within  the 1-2 week mark, but this is not always possible.
