We accept all major credit & debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay & others. If you are having trouble paying, please contact us.

We do not accept returns of any personalised product. Items that are not personalised are accepted on a return basis as long as the product has its original packaging & has not been used. Returns must be filed within 10 days of receiving the product.

Please contact us to see if you can change your order. If the order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes. If cancelling the order this must be done within 2 days of placing it.

Yes we do, although currently, due to the new GSPR licensing, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or the EU. We hope to have this resolved soon.
